Welcome to Golden Dome ("Golden Dome," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, online store, classes, workshops, events, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). Golden Dome operates out of the State of California. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase merchandise or enroll in classes unless otherwise stated. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Products and Services

Golden Dome offers physical merchandise and educational offerings, including but not limited to classes, workshops, lectures, and events. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit any product or service at any time without prior notice.

Descriptions, images, and pricing are provided for informational purposes and may be subject to change.

3. Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. By placing an order or registering for a class, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders that appear fraudulent or violate these Terms.

4. Shipping and Delivery (Merchandise)

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Golden Dome is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for merchandise pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Merchandise

All merchandise sales are final. Merchandise is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except where required by applicable law or in the case of damaged or defective items received upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Golden Dome within 10 days of delivery with documentation of the issue.

Classes and Events

All class registrations are final unless otherwise specified.

Missed classes or events are generally non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content made available through Golden Dome, including text, images, logos, videos, recordings, course materials, and designs created by Golden Dome, is owned by or licensed to Golden Dome and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Participant Artwork and Documentation

Participants may share original artworks, photographs, writings, recordings, or other creative materials ("Participant Works") in connection with classes, workshops, events, or exhibitions. Golden Dome does not claim ownership or copyright in Participant Works. All copyrights and moral rights remain with the original creator.

By submitting or sharing Participant Works with Golden Dome, you grant Golden Dome a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such works solely for purposes related to Golden Dome programming, including but not limited to online exhibitions, promotional materials, documentation, archives, and educational use, unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

Golden Dome will make reasonable efforts to credit creators when displaying Participant Works.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to share any Participant Works and to grant the license described above.

You may revoke this license for future use at any time by contacting Golden Dome in writing; revocation will not affect uses made prior to receipt of such notice.

7. Code of Conduct

You agree to engage respectfully with instructors, staff, and other participants. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a class, event, or platform without refund for behavior that is disruptive, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

8. Assumption of Risk

Educational content offered by Golden Dome is for informational and experiential purposes only. You acknowledge that participation in classes or events may involve personal, physical, emotional, or intellectual risk, and you voluntarily assume all such risks.

Golden Dome does not provide medical, legal, or professional advice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Dome disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golden Dome shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

In no event shall Golden Dome’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golden Dome, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.

Golden Dome respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information.

Mailing List and Communications

If you sign up for Golden Dome’s mailing list, we may collect personal information such as your name and email address. We will never sell, rent, or share mailing list names or email addresses with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time using the link provided in our emails.

Classes, Courses, and Group Exhibitions

In the context of classes, courses, workshops, or group exhibitions, participants may be invited to connect with one another. Any sharing of personal contact information, including email addresses, is entirely voluntary and at the participant’s own discretion. Golden Dome does not distribute participant contact information without explicit consent.

Data Use and Security

We use personal information solely for purposes related to Golden Dome programming, communications, transactions, and operations. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
